Re: Indonesia Maid termination of contract.
I have a Indonesian maid that I personally extended her working contract (one year); by going through the Indonesia Immigration Office. Going into the eighth month of working, she now wants to return to her home thus not fulling her contractual obligations.
1) How do I calculate her salary?
2) Who would borne the cost of all the fees involved in extending her contract?
3) What about the cost of Air-fare of sending her back? Normal circumstances, I would bear the cost but due the early termination of contract, what happens?
4) What kind of penalty can I impose on the early termination of contract?
