Re: Resignation & serving notice

My company resgination must served with 2 months notice, but recently one of staff resign and she really serve her 2 month notice. Problem is the HR dept force her to leave earlier, can they do so ?

The employer will have to pay indemnity. It not, the employee can complain to the Labour Department.
