Medical & Dental claim will be pro-rated Upon resignation, any excessive medical or dental claim will be generated based on working month.
Excessive amount shall be deducted from last salary payment.
The Employment Act has not provision for medical or dental claims. So, as far as such claims are concerned, I can't say whether it is OK or not OK. But it looks quite catty and cheapskate to do that.
