您好!
1。请问员工患有先天的疾病需长期定期到院检查及治疗,但在加入公司后公司已向他说明公司是不付病假,须扣无薪假或年假,且他的月薪是2千元马币,公司是否能不付病假给他呢?

2。公司一年的公共假期是12天,那9月16号是不是也包括在内。除了(农历新年2天,raya puasa 2天,屠妖节,元旦,国庆,劳动节,元首诞辰,苏丹诞辰,圣诞节)还有哪些是公司的公共假期呢?

1. Since he is not covered by the Employment Act, I think there is very little he can do about it if the employer does want to pay.
1. Search for "Malaysian Public Holidays" in the internet, you may be able to get it.
