Dear Siew,

My company is praticing unfixed rest day. If a staff in that week, the rest days is falled on tuesday. Then she came back to work for Wednesdays. after that, she absent from work (MIA). Is she still entitled for the restday?

I think you better prepare a duty roster in the beginning of the month and fix their weekly rest days and go according to the rostoer. You simply cannot have unfixed rest days. You will have lots of trouble if you do.

Since it is not fixed, it could also be her rest day. I am also just as unsure as you are since you did not fix her rest day.
