Normal Working hour is from 8:30am till 17:30pm
Work ing days = Monday to Saturday
Rest day = Sunday
My question is if an employee worked on Sunday, i.e 8:30am till 17:30pm, is this working hours from 8:30 am till 17:30pm shouldn't be classified as regularly scheduled work hour right?

If there is such a term in your company, you can ask your HR what "Regulaly Scheduled work hour" means. Anyway, if an employee is required to work on Sunday, he has to be paid an extra day's salary.
