Re: Salary on hold on last day of termination

Can the employer on-hold my salary at the last day of termination, with the reason I disagree to sign a Non-Disclosed Agreement with the company?

The Non-Disclosed Agreement meant that I am not allowed to disclose any company product info to third party.

I feel that this type of Agreement should be let me sign on the first day of employment, not the last day I am leaving the company

For non payment of salary, you may bring the matter up with Labour Office and make a claim for it. You may let your company know first you are going to do that if salary is not paid.
