Re: Penalised for going on Maternity Leave and taking MC
I have recently went through an evaluation with my boss. My results were very poor. The reason that was given to me for the poor marks was because of my regular absence from work last year i.e Maternity Leave & MC. Although I have done well and my boss acknowledged my performace, she refused to evaluate me base on the work I did. Is it right for me to be penalised for these reasons? I have never exceeded the MC entitlement. I have taken Emergency Leave for two days in that year because my daughter was admitted in the Hospital and I have documents to support it. And Maternity Leave is my entitlement. What can I do?
