根据Employment Act 1955 60D,雇员享有10天有薪公共假期,但是为什劳工部人员却说是12天呢?那么雇主到底要根据哪一个说法才不会触犯劳工法令?(在雇主的立场当然是越少越好;雇员的立场是越多越好)

公共假期工作,薪资是2.0倍,超时是3.0倍,对吗?
或是雇主可以用其他工作天来代替该天公假上班,那么该天公假是算正常工资?

12 days? May be due to some misunderstanding, ask another officer or another Labour Office.
2. About working on PH and OT, you are right.
3. Yes, normal working day wages. But remember, the four compulsory public holidays cannot be replaced.

在那4天不能补替的公假工作的话,薪金也是算2.0,超时3.0吧?
