Re: Salary for the month of resignation (Under probation period)


Refer to the above mentioned subject, I would like to seek for your professional advise.

I'm under probation period and resign in Feb 2012. My employment notice require non-confirmed staff giving 7 days notice. Therefore, my last day would be on 14th Feb 2012. Due to many holidays falls in Feb 2012. Did the Company pay me 14 days salary or they calculate based on the number of working days (which is not include Sat, Sun & PH).

Should be paid up to 14/2, 14 days.
