Dear Sir,

Would appreciate your advice if the company can turn around to terminate an employee without notice while the employee is serving his resignation notice?

This is due to the employee deliberately deleted all document and formated the laptop issue to him without approval from the employer and also delete a social network site which is belong to the company but maintain by him.

He is the above 2 while he is serving notice, did not turn up to work and not returning company laptop until the company contacted police.

do the company still have to pay him his 2 months notice?

Yes, the company still take disciplinary action against the employee for any misconduct committed during the notice.
