It is not a compulsory PH. It may not be a PH for your company. Ask your boss or colleagues.

nini, labour law only 8 days & 4 days are compulsory, that is labour day, national day, agong's birthday & cant recall ^^

which is correct ?
and how many working hour for day ?
include lunch time

if one employee start year on 8/8/2011,how many day her ANNUAL LEAVE?
And one more is start on 01/10/2010,how many day her annual leave ?

I think minimum is 10 days include 4 days is compulsory.
You ask many person, is almost 11 and 12 days, means that it is good news to employee as the company offer more PH mah... My company current have 14 days, and my friend's got 18 days.... More than labor office will become employee benefits.

My company implement after continous 12 months service, then you may entitled for your AL. Some company can let your utilise upon joined / confirmed. I also don't know which is correct, but as long as the AL no less, it is okay for me.
