Re: Maternity leave
Hi , would like to ask ..
for a female employee, her maternity leave should not be less than 60 consecutive days.
for example .: she suppose to be abck to work on 20 january 2012, due to company need her to do certain job, she comes back on 17 january 2012 for working.
question : for this particular day, do we need to replace for her since she is still under maternity leave? or how the treatment should be?
