Re: 24 hours notice after probation period

Good day to you.
Would like to seek your advise on can we give 24 hours notice to employer after the probation period?N ow, our situation was neither been terminate nor confirm.
Is it lawful to do so? Or we need to follow the clause stated in the Letter of Offer which is to give 1 month notice during the probation period of 6 months?
Hope to receive your reply soon.
Thank you.

You can give 24 hours notice by paying the employee one month salary as indemnity in lieu of the one month notice.

We are the employee, Mr Siew. Do we still need to serve the resignation notice of 1 month?
As the company not giving any confirmation after 6 months & any without any letter saying extend of our probation period.
Can we just give 24 hours notice without following the terms stated in the letter of offer? as there stated probation period is only 6 months.

It is also the same if you are an employee. Still need to give notice or pay indemnity/compensation.
