你好,我想询问下,

我公司有位员工,工作效力不好,态度也不好,如果公司要马上解雇她,赔她1个月薪金,会触犯劳工法令吗?
1)她的薪金在RM1500以下
2)服务不到1年.

Thanks your reply , May i know , I Pay the worker 1 month salary already , but the worker request pay the " allowance" together , isn't i need to pay her also ? the allowance is :- transport allowance, housing allowance ...

May I know did your cashier been train before? Why are the Malay cashier no manner like shit? Can anyhow blame ppl from dropping thing when is not our fault at all? Talking manner is not a proper train cashier. This outlet is at skudai opposite bestmart. Even u staff put the glasses stuff block the way and say that we can use other way cannot use that way ... Is it that the staff can say that word like that...Can your cashier anyhow chase customer away and say wan faster go back to celebrate hari raya? Can your cashier beat customer after that never even say a sorry....And say we are not regular customer so she can fight with us even we want she apologize to us but she just ignore us ....We came out from Singapore to buy some stuff from your shop but your staff say if wan to buy just buy dun wan to buy just get out from the shop... And before we leave we still purchase our thing and the amount is $269.90 .....This kind of case need feedback to ur higher person incharges...If not it's unfair for us ...Hope to hear higher management gave us a reply as soon as possible
