Re: Does the extend of notice of resign effective if no revised letter of offer being signed?

Hi all, i have a question in doubt. My company has announced (just internal announce without issue revised offer letter) for extension of period from 1 month to 2 months in past few months, and now further extend from 2 months to 3 months. Does it effective? If i resign and follow the only letter of offer which is 1 month, is it right way ?

You must know, the new notice period affects both the employer and the employee. Anyway, iIf you resign now before accepting the new ruling, the old notice period may be applicable. If you continue to work under the new ruling, the new ruling may apply. I think you better getting some official views from either the Labour Department or the IR Department.
