Re: Maternity leave & unpaid leave
Need your advice:-
one of the staff has bad attendance. she claimed that she has a bad health condition due to the prenancy, however no doctor letter received to prove this. ( on duty for 2 days only instead of 5 days week)
currently she informed that she would like to take unpaid leave for 1.5 month till her delivered date.
Management is worried that she will not show after the 2 months maternity leave.
Please advise can we hold her salary until she back on duty? is this will against the law?
Would appreciate for your advice.
