I would like to know whether the unpaid leave is calculated by dividing the basic salary by according to numbers of day in a month or 26days?
There is no formula in the EA or in anywhere else for calculation of no pay leave. It is up to the employers to decide how to calculate.
But there should be common sense, they must take basic salary dived by no days in a month.
NO way to leave employeer to calculate their own way.
