May I know, is it employer is compulsory to contribute 13% EPF for their staff?
If employer is reject to do that, what should employee should do?
For that, you have to consult EPF. When there is such a lawyer, employers cannot refuse to comply.
The employer MUST contibute 13% of the EPF to employee whose salary below RM 5K per month.
