Re: Working on Rest Day and Public Holiday

We are required to work on ALL of our rest days and Public Holidays the whole month of December and January (until 22nd January 2012). There are a total of 19 days including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. BUT our company has no intention to give us ANY replacement off day for those days that we are required to work. Is this allow in terms of Malaysian Employment Acts??? Please Help...

good evening sir my self vikrant.k.jain sir i want to know that my two year contract will finish on may31so i want to leave the company job i am an indian sir if i write release letter to company after company will pay me any more benafit beacause i have finish two year please give me advice what i want to do and my visa will expiry on 31may and sir i am awatting for your goodreplay thanking you sir. your faithfully vikrant.k.jain
