Do we still need to refer to EA, if the staff is no longer under EA coverage?

Do Company need to issues an addendum if a staff change for normal working hours to shift work/entitlement of shift allowances?

1. The EA provides the minimum benefits. You can still use it as a basis so that you don't give the staff not covered by it with less favourable benefits than those in the EA.
2. Whatever you intend to do, have it clearly stated in writing. Shift allowance is for the company to decide.
