Re: Staff not come to work

We have an employee that still under probation period and he did not came to work since Monday (14/11/11).

He only sent a sms on Monday to inform that he is not coming to work and he did not gave any notification for Tuesday (15/11/11) and Wednesday (16/11/11).

Can we issue a termination letter to this employee?

BTW, should we pay the salary for the days of work; from 1 /11/11 until 12/11/11? and minus EPF & SOCSO?

Since he did not give notice, you have to right not to pay unless you don't mind.
