my company staff ,,(because family) she start month 9 & 10 no come and work without any notice. withtin this period company hav deduct she year leave (balance).
and also inform her. nov she come back & she complain about oct salary should not deduct all and also no constribution epf, sosco.
problem 2 is she also get FMLA leave to A -q want get back 60 days medical leave to cover back what she lost. is mean she not agreed to deduct salary for 2 month.
what should company to do? start from begining she no responsible to arrange her work, no call, no back work to dicuss about this matter.
now come back want A-Q back 60 days medical leave to cover back.
3. FMLA leave is one issue under malaysia law ?
