Start working on 10 Jul 08,I tender my resignation 28 oct 11.
Which date supposed to be my last day 26 or 27 Nov coz 27 is Sunday.
Do the company pay my salary till 27 Nov 2011?

How to calculate my AL balance?
AL entitlement ( less than 2 yrs+=8 dys, after 2-5 yrs=14 dys)
I already taken my AL 34 days .

It should be 27/11 if it is one month notice. 34 days leave should be more than enough, roughly 8+8+14+2

My last day on 27/11/11. Al entitlement from 10/7/09-9/7/11 = 30 days
Where the 2 dys come from?

How to calculate Prorate AL from 8/7/11-27/11/11?
Is it 14/12 x 4 mths = 4.66 dys.

10.7.08-31.12.08 = 175days/365days x 8 days = 3.835days = 4 days
1.1.09-31.12.09 = 8days
1.1.10-9.7.10 = 190days/365days x 8 days = 4.16days = 4days
1.1.11-27.10.11=300days/365days x 14 days=11.5 days
Total Annual Leave entitle from 10.7.08-27.10.11 will be 27.5days
I am not sure annual taken for 34 days is from the day you joint the company until your resigned or just for year of 2011.

If from 1.1.11-27.10.11.08 you already take 34 days annual leave means 34-11.5=22.5days is your unpaid leave that need to deduct.
