1.1.09-31.12.09 = 8days
1.1.10-9.7.10 = 190days/365days x 8 days = 4.16days = 4days
1.1.11-27.10.11=300days/365days x 14 days=11.5 days
Total Annual Leave entitle from 10.7.08-27.10.11 will be 27.5days
I am not sure annual taken for 34 days is from the day you joint the company until your resigned or just for year of 2011.
If from 1.1.11-27.10.11.08 you already take 34 days annual leave means 34-11.5=22.5days is your unpaid leave that need to deduct.
