Company employed some staff, in LO stated they are giving 6 mths probation, they have joined company for 1.5 yrs and NO letter of confirmation were giveng to them after their 6 mths probation. Are they consider confirmed and permanent staff in the company?
Due to the downturn of company business, now the boss dicided to terminate some of them in this batch. In LO stated, both party are liable to give 1 mths notice, boss decide to give them one month written notice with full pay of salary and annual leave balance. Is company doing anything offence in dealing the termination?
