Re: Part timer EPF Socso

Can employer not contribute EPF & Socso for part timer ?

If the company do not wish to contribute EPF /Socso, what is the name of the job title should it put as?

The worker is working as part time waitress in the restaurant only & no contract / offer letter will be signed.

Please advise.

Thank you.

To me, it does not matter whether the worker is a full time or part time. The employer is liable to contribute to EPF and SOCSO as long as the worker earns wages. You better consult EPF and SOCSO as this is a matter concerning them.
