Re: contract

I signed a contract.i have being working for 3 months. My employer wants to sue me that i did not complete my 2 months notice. But rest hour was not given as i worked about 8 hours. Now my working time has been shorten around 5 hours, because of no rest hour in earlier months. My sick leaves gradually increases. She did not look after her employee in health and safety. It is not easy to claim and now i did not get my medical claims. She said i did not do my duties in kindergarten. However, even i am sick, i still manage to look after my students even though i did not have appropriate in teaching. So, i stop my work and did not complete my contract as i did not get my salary and medical claims. I do not wish to go back because of her physically and emotional abuse to me. What should i do now?

There is nothing to stop your employer from suing you for nothing giving notice. You can only try to defend your case when the case comes up for hearing.
