Re: Lateness and Warning letter.

My staffs always late, late 15min to 30min, i already told him don't late again, but, he still late.
1) Can i giving warning letter to him ?
2) Can i issue memo puncher allowance ( if full month on time to work allowance is RM50 or penalty ( late over 3 times, penalty RM10 )?
3) After 3 warning letters, can i terminate staff ?

You have to do whatever you can to maintain discipline. Otherwise, things can go out of control which is bad for the company.
