If staffs salary is RM1550, Ot still pay 1.5 ?

Working hours is 12hours, Breaktime is 1 hour, is that right ?
When interview already mention. Appointment letter also mention, staff accept and sign it.

It is OK to use that OT rate. For one who is covered by the Employment Act, the working hours are not lawful. If he is not and he agreed to work such long hours, there is no need to complain then.

how cal. the OT on Sunday working with the monthly salary?

If you work on Sunday and is a monthly employee who earn 1500/month then OT on sunday without exceeding your normal working hour then the employer need to pay you for extra 1 day salary, for eg your work on month of jul sunday then you will get another 1500/31 days salary.
