My basic salary is RM 1600, and my boss suppose to deduct it from my basic salary rite? but he deducted after deducting all my unpaid leave, is it possible to do that?

As I am in a probation for 6 months, how many days is MC applicable?
It is not stated in my Appointment order.

And I work From Tue - Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday 1.30pm - 5.30pm,
Yet when he counts my salary he doesn't include Sundays,
for ig :
Basic RM 1600
UPL 4.5
Days Attended = 18.5
Salary Calculation = 18.5/26*1600 = 1138.**
from here he deducts my epf and socso contribution, is it possible?

If MC is not stated in AL then according to EA is 14days p.a. if work less than 2 years. EPF & SOCSO deduction is after deduct your UPL so is correct.
