Your last day should be 22 April.

1. Annual leave: since you have 11 months completed service (May to March 2010), your entitlement should be (leave entitlement/12) x 11 .

2. Sick leave: 14 days if you are covered by the Employment Act.

The Employment Act only covers non-manual employees with salary not more than RM1500 per month. If your salary is more than 1500 then you will have to look into the contract of service or appointment letter about sick leave entitlement.

If one employee has been admitted in hospital for 1 month, how does this is calculated? Does this will effect the sick leave or there is a special case?

My employee, she had a miner accident during holiday but she still able to work but doctor gave her 1 months medical leave, she's not hospitalize only resting at home. My question is does this consider a special case or do i need to deduct all her entitlement of medical leave and follow by annual leave?

Since no hospitalization was given, you deduct from Sick Leave. After that if there is still remainder to deduct it would be Annual Leave/Unpaid Leave where applicable.
