We have an employee currently 64 years old (working with us abt 10 years) & we gave him annual contract but now we wish to terminate / not renewed his contract. How can this be done profesionally & are we liable for termination benefits & golden handshake? Is there a market rate for golden handshake & any EPF?

You have to pay termination benefits based on 20 days salary for each year of service. Read up the Employment(Termination and Layoff Benefits)Regulations
