Re: Termination of staff under probation

We have a staff who joined us in Mar 2011. During his 3 months probationary period, he took 7 days m/c, late for work 4 hours. Warning letter issued to him and extended probationary period to another 3 months. During extension period, still the same pattern. Can co terminate his service?

Yes, you give notice or pay indemnity in lieu of notice according to the terms and conditions stated there.
