Mr. Siew,

We have one foreman with monthly salary RM3000. Date joined 22 Sep 2008. It was stated clearly in his offer letter it is yearly contract. We have provided yearly renewal to him. And now we decided to terminate him. What should we do without against the act?

Pls advise.

You better show a copy of the contract to a lawyer, let him go through it and give the necessary legal advice.
