Laws can subject to various interpretations and that's why parties can always put up all sorts of arguments and even courts can give different judgments on the same law. If you keep arguing like that, what about bee stings, 5KM, 7.5KM and so on, there will be no end of questions. What one can do read and follow the laws as close as possible. Should disputes arise, refer the issue to the authorities. Try not to burden yourself with so many possibilities. However, there is nothing to prevent from visiting the local Labour Office, sit down with one of the officers there and pique his brain.
