Re: Still under probation, but took MC


I would like to enquire more on HR matters.

Let say we have a new staff who is still under 6 mths probation, currently serving 3 weeks. If she takes MC during her probation, will she get paid or considered no pay leave?

Please advise.

For those covered by the Employment Act, they are entitled to paid sick leave even under probation.
