my staff had taken maternity leave from 25 May 2011 - 24 July 2011. She does not turn up to work after that. She also never submit any Medical cert from dr. Is she still entitle to the maternity allowance? can we terminate her?
Whatever you intend to do, communicate with her about your intention. Write to her by AR registered letter or by courier service.
