Re: Pickup sales call after Office Hours

Our office operation hours from 9am-6pm. Lunch from 1.00-2.00pm. Should we pickup any incoming call after office hours or during lunch hours? Management is instructing us to do so, if not will get warning letter. Kindly advise...

For a company doing sales, it would be very damaging not to pick up calls from clients. Customers will think poorly of the company. Try to get someone, by rotation etc, to answer calls during lunch hours. If after office hours, calls must also be answered if staff are still around. Discuss with management if you have any problem.
