I have a staff was not perform during her probation period, the Company wants to terminated the contract, can the Company give 2 weeks notice of termination as per letter of appointment ?

There is nothing to stop you from doing that if you have already made all the effect to give him training and guidance and he failed to improve.

Annual leave is giving after probational period ? If i give staff 10 days annual leave per year, if the staff start work on Mar, after 3mths probational period. Now she want resign, ask me to calculate her leave, her last day will on 7th Nov. May i know how many annual leave she entitle ?
