Our staff had worked at Apr 2010 - Jun 2011. At the year 2011 She had took annual leave 8 days & Mc 13 1/2 days ( Max 14 days MC). She had resign with short notice at early of July 2011.
How many days of annual leave and MC leave should be deducted ? Is she entitle for 8 days anuual leave & 13 1/2 days MC leave ? please advise ! Thanks.
According to the Employment Act, she is entitled to 8 days AL and 14 days sick leave. As for short notice, she should pay indemnity to the company for the number of days of short notice.

If you have already given her annual leave for 2010 then annual leave for 2011 will be prorated. However, for sick leave, it is still 14 days, not to be prorated.
