My staff tendered his resignation letter on 14/7/11 with 1 month notice (stated in his letter last day is 14/08/11). We are working 5 days work. Shall the company pay him from 1/8/11 to 12/08/11 (because 12/08/11(Friday) is his last day.) Or pay him until 14/08/11(Sunday). Thank you.

Should be paid up to 13/8. One month notice should be from 14/7 to 13/8, not 14/8
