this question is on behalf of my husband. last december, his employer terminated him from work due to his illness. he was being attacked by minor stroke on october 2010 and given mc until november 2010. no mc(s) were issued after month of november and he asked for unpaid leave from the company. nevertheless, the boss asked him to report on 1st december without first assessing his ability to work. up to now his condition is better but he is unable to use his right side (hand, leg) 100% as before. we wish to take action on the employer. for ur info his salary was rm2500. tq.
