If an employee earning above RM1500/mth, official working hours is 10 hours per day after minus 1 hour lunch break. is it legal ? if he/she work for extra hours, means above 10 hours, the company allow him/her to claim for the extra hours and convert it as annual leave, but need 10 hours to exchange for a day annual leave instead of 8 hours, is it legal ? can the employer do so?

If that is the arrangement mutually agreed upon by both the employer and the employee, there should be no problems.
