Re: hold incentive

i tender my resignation letter at 12th may 2011 and leave on 1st June 2011 after deduct my annual leave , but my ex company just pay my salary on July 2011 and my incentive they didnt pay for me reason is hold by RSM. may i know they can hold until when??? if they dont pay me the incentive can or not???

You may complain to the Labour Office see whether they can help you if you don't get it.

I am not sure about incentive payment. When you have no more incentive to work in the company, I don't know whether they will pay you as it may not be a contractual payment. Let the Labour Office decide for you.
