How do I terminate employment of an employee aged over 55 years old who does not function independently anymore despite trainings and support by colleagues and boss? We are private company and the employee is a confirmed employee for 6 years.

You may do the normal termination by giving the required notice and payment of termination benefits. However, must bear in mind he has to right to make complaints.
