Re: vss procedure
The situation goes like this:
1.Selected employees were informed by HR of the vss package1 verbally.
2.Employee applied(hand written letter) to the scheme
3.Reply by HR to notify on the status either successful or rejected.
4.Selected employees have not receive any printed detail package2 after 8 days upon received of the reply.
1.Is this a normal practice?That means the employee applied to the scheme without any vss reference package except the Quantum Offered.
2.Package1 verbally being informed include manager position allowance and pro-rate yearly bonus but package2 verbally being informed without manager position allowance and bonus. Is this consider "deceiving"?
3.Any reference vss procedure available?
