We have salesmen who would take the cash that customers paid and never submit to the company.
We found out only when they left.
Difficult to control because of brainless customers who trust the salesmen.
Can we issue a letter for individual sales to sign that any due unpaid cash collection must be bear by them until settled by customer?

I don't think anyone will sign to acknowledge the letter. Have closer supervision.

Actually, we have issued the letter and explained to all the salesmen. So, they signed. So far after implementation of this letter, we had to take action on only one salesman who did acknowledge that he used up the cash collected direct from customers. So, he asked that his monthly salary be deducted. It will be effective this month. Would it be better that he give us in writing to avoid any dispute?
