Re: resignation with 3 months notice

I have tender my resignation letter and my notice period is 3 months. Can I clear my annual and replacement leaves in order to shorten my notice period? According to my HR, they do not allowed me to do so because this is company policy. However, I don't even have a employee handbook/ policy book. This is also not stated in my offer letter.
So do the company have the right to do so? They said they will pay me back the money accordingly.

But you can take your leave during the 3 months notice period, can't you? Apply to take your leave.
