Re: Bankruptcy and Termination

What is the rationale for the condition that if an employee is bankrupt, his employment with the co can be terminated ? Does this mean bankrupt people cannot find work ?

There are various reasons for a person to be put into bankruptcy. Some companies are more sensitive to this while some companies are not. It depends on their policies. It does not mean a bankrupt person cannot be employed. If the company ever wants to terminate the service of an employee who has been declared bankrupt, an DI should be held first.
