Re: Retirement Age
Under my company regulations do not determined the Retirement Age for employee except lately all new staff offer letter was stated the retirement age.
My question is :
a) Can employer issued memo to notify to all staff on the company regulation for the retirement age is on 55 yrs old? or
b) Issue letter to respective employee (offer letter did not have Retirement Age clause) acknowledgement? If the employee refused to sign on the letter what is the next step?
